Meetings

Although meetings are back to being in-person events, specific meetings may still be held virtually via Zoom. In-person meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. at Larkin House, located at 76 Larkin Drive (adjacent to the tennis courts). Occasionally special meetings or events may occur on other days or at other times or at other locations. Please consult the Agenda, located on the Home page, to see the current year’s events schedule as well as to double-check whether a specific meeting event will be held in-person or virtually, via Zoom.

Any last-minute changes to a meeting will be posted on this website after 4:00 p.m. on the day BEFORE the meeting, so please be sure to check this website prior to any meeting event.

Non-members (guests) may attend any meeting event for a nominal guest fee of $5.00 per meeting.

  • In-person meeting events: Guest fees can be paid at the door.
  • Virtual (Zoom) meeting events: In order for Non-members (guests) to receive the relevant Zoom link, a Guest Fee Remittance Form (link below) MUST be filled out, submitted and paid, NO LATER than 24 HOURS PRIOR to any Zoom meeting event. Guest fees may be paid by E-transfer or by phone as detailed in the Guest Fee Remittance Form (link below).
